Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the product has been processed, manufactured, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Product missing from the order
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos and order details.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Minor color or texture variations due to screen display or lighting
- Delay caused by courier/logistics providers
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Customized or made-to-order furniture products
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
Replacement Policy
If a product is eligible for replacement, our team will arrange a replacement based on product availability and verification.
Refund Process
Once the refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the bank or payment provider
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is caused by an error from Comfort Design.
Return Condition
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and invoice copies included.
