Return Eligibility

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos and order details for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products used, altered, or assembled after delivery
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items unless damaged or defective

Return Process

Return Condition

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Packed in original packaging

Replacement & Refund

After successful inspection of the returned product:

  • Eligible products may be replaced based on stock availability
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
